CAM & Cannabis Survey for AIP & EPP Patients

If you are 18 years or older, you are invited to participate in an anonymous survey assessing Complementary and Alternative Medicines (CAM) and Cannabis use in AIP & EPP to help determine whether these may improve AIP & EPP symptoms. 

CAM is the term used for medical products and practices that are not part of standard medical care. For example acupuncture, aromatherapy, biofeedback, and many more. If you have never used CAMs or cannabis this is still very useful information for the researchers. Participation will take ~20 min.
