Art is a powerful and therapeutic way to express the challenges and triumphs that come with living with a rare disease. The EveryLife Foundation’s Rare Artist Contest is an opportunity to express these feelings and to share rare disease stories through the powerful medium of art.
The contest is open until September 30th. Anyone affected by a rare disease is invited to submit a piece, whether you are a patient, caregiver, medical professional, ect. Awardees receive cash prizes and are invited to speak on Capitol Hill during Rare Disease Week, so they may share their rare art and rare stories directly with policy makers.
